The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, gave field guidance at the Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at the Overseas Military Operations under construction.

He was accompanied by senior officials of the Central Committee of the WPK and officials of the design and creative institutions.

The construction of the memorial museum is now being conducted at the 97 percent level of the total construction project.

Comrade Kim Jong Un learned about the progress of the final stage of construction of the museum, the arrangement and exhibition of details about combat feats and the fixing of sculptures and symbolic memorials and highly appreciated them.

Saying that the museum will be a monument to the times praising the great heroic spirit of the proud sons of the DPRK and an edifice for education in patriotism, he added that a solemn ceremony of burying the remains of the martyrs there would be held in mid-April and the museum be inaugurated with due ceremony on the occasion of the first anniversary of the conclusion of the operations for liberating Kursk.

That day he ratified a structural plan for assigning the museum to a relevant department of the General Political Bureau of the Korean People's Army.
