Russia blames NATO for inciting confrontation
The vice-chairman of the Russian Federation Council on June 15 criticized NATO for whipping up confrontation.
With regard to designating Russia and China as “threat and challenge” against the NATO’s safety in its summit on June 14, he said that it is a contradiction for the NATO to keep conducting its activity after the Cold War, adding that it is disgusting that the NATO is continuing to clamour for “threat and challenge” of others.
Meanwhile, a Russian deputy foreign minister derided the NATO, describing it as a being that cannot survive without arch rival.
