At the talks a series of plans was discussed for boosting exchanges and cooperation in various fields including high-level visits between the DPRK and the Republic of Belarus and opinions were exchanged on international and regional issues of mutual concern.
Expressing satisfaction with the meeting and the talks, the top leaders of the two countries expressed belief that the bilateral cooperative relations between Pyongyang and Minsk would grow stronger in the interests of the peoples of the two countries.
At the end of the talks, the Treaty on Friendship and Cooperation between the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Republic of Belarus was signed with due ceremony.
