Child refugees keep increasing

The number of children seeking refuge continues to increase across the world.

According to a report of the UNICEF on June 17, as 2.2 million more children were forced to seek refuge by armed conflicts and natural disasters last year, the number of child refugees in the world reached 36.5 million, or a record high since World War II.

In particular, young vagrants who have not one to support them become targets of flesh trafficking, forced labour, violence and cruel treatment.

About 28 percent of victims of flesh trafficking in the world are reportedly children.
