Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryavkov censured the US’ confrontational policy at an international forum held at Moscow M. V. Lomonosov State University on April 17. 

Asserting that the US and its allies have made persistent attempts to spread their confrontational logic and line to the Asia-Pacific region, he said that Russia regards it as an expression of hegemonism and that of the order based on the regulations the West comes up with instead of international law.

The West has become desperate in its bid to preserve the neo-Nazi authorities of Ukraine it groomed, and this only enhances confidence in the validity of Russia’s foreign policy line, he noted.

Russia works hard to play a balanced and constructive role in solving international issues and make a significant contribution to the development of the whole Eurasian space, he added.
