Moving into new houses at rural villages of South Hwanghae Province
May 24, 2024New dwelling houses have been built in Taegi-ri and Sudae-ri of Ongjin County, South Hwanghae Province.
The new villages of Taegi-ri and Sudae-ri, with modern low-storeyed dwelling houses in the sunny places on the west coastal areas, are another reality showing the future and development of highly-civilized rural areas.
Each dwelling house has several living rooms, a kitchen, washroom and other conditions for the convenience of the inhabitants. And fruit trees, trees of good species and flowering shrubs in the courtyards and the villages add beauty to the villages.
Ceremonies for moving into new houses took place on the spot on May 21.
Present there were Pak Thae Dok, chief secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of the Party and power organs in Ongjin County, builders and agricultural workers who would move into new houses.
So Hak Song, vice-chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee, made a congratulatory address.
Licences for the use of new houses were handed over and speeches were made there.
Officials visited the farmers' houses to congratulate them.
