Agricultural workers moved into new houses in Phyongmun-ri in the mountain county of Taegwan, North Phyongan Province.

Present at the celebration ceremony were Ri Song Gun, secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Choe Yong Chol, vice-chairman of the provincial people's committee, officials of the Party and government organs and builders in Taegwan County and agricultural workers who were to move into new houses.

Congratulatory addresses were made there, before licences for using the houses were handed over.

As people began to move into new houses, mountains and valleys were filled with joy and excitement of working people moving into modern rural houses.

Officials visited families moving into new houses to congratulate them.
