Tongnim Falls are located in Kogunyong-ri, Tongnim County, North Phyongan Province.

Though they are only about 5 metres high, they are also called Okpho in the meaning that the water is clear and cascades like beads.

There are Ryong (dragon) and Pyongphung (folding screen) rocks on the top of the falls and a saddle-shaped rock at the bottom.

Tongnim Falls are not large in size, but they have been known as one of the eight scenic spots in the Kwanso area and widely known as a shower bath waterfall since ancient times.
