Japan persists in discharging nuclear waste water
March 17, 2025Japan persistently carries out the unethical discharge of nuclear-contaminated water into the ocean.
On March 12, the Tokyo Electric Power Company started the 11th round of discharge of nuclear waste water from the Fukushima nuclear power plant into the sea. Approximately 7 800 tons of nuclear-contaminated water will be reportedly released into the sea until March 30.
