Young volunteers grow in number
April 1, 2025Young men and women in South Hwanghae Province and Rason Municipality have joined the ranks of young vanguard volunteering to work in different sectors for implementing the decisions of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Graduates of Haeju Kim Jong Thae University of Education and Haeju Jo Ok Hui Teachers Training College decided to work as teachers at schools on remote islands and in mountainous areas.
Young people in Rason Municipality volunteered to work in difficult and labour-consuming sectors of socialist construction.
Those in Rajin District pledged to work at the construction mechanization brigade, water supply and sewerage management station and others.
Those in Sonbong District decided to work at a coal mine and a fishery station.
Meetings to congratulate the volunteers took place in the relevant areas.
Speeches of the volunteers vowing to devote themselves to the education of the rising generation and bring about collective innovations touched the heartstrings of the participants.
