A central photo exhibition opened to show the immortal exploits the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, performed to glorify 2024 as a year of proud victory.

On display at the exhibition venue were photos showing the personality traits of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un as a great man.

The photos tell about the greatness of the respected General Secretary who illuminated the action programmes for achieving the fighting goals for 2024 and ensured that a highest institution of education was built to carry forward the lifeline of the Workers’ Party of Korea and its ever-victorious leadership ability. 

Seen on the photos are the devoted efforts of the great father who ushers in a new era of regional development and a golden age of comprehensive national development on this land and puts his heart and soul into the work for the true happiness of the people across the country.

The photos also shows the personality of the brilliant commander as a great man who achieved miraculous successes in bolstering up the self-defensive military capabilities in succession to lift the comprehensive national power and strategic position of the DPRK to the highest level. 

Also on show there are photos making visitors keenly realize the warm and intense love and care of the great Party Central Committee under which the residents and schoolchildren of the flood-stricken areas have become enjoyers of new life and new civilization to be envied by the whole world.

The photos teach the truth that the lives of revolutionary soldiers are eternal as they are led by the General Secretary, the supreme incarnation of the revolutionary moral obligation. 

They also tell the exploits in external revolutionary activities of the General Secretary who is writing a new chapter of the traditional DPRK-Russia friendly relations.

An opening ceremony of the photo exhibition took place at the People’s Palace of Culture on April 3.

It was attended by Ju Chang Il, department director of the WPK Central Committee，Kim Myong Hun, vice premier of the Cabinet, Sung Jong Gyu, minister of Culture, officials concerned and officials and working people in Pyongyang.

Ju Chang Il made an opening address at the meeting．

He said that the respected General Secretary laid down the original plans for carrying on the victorious journey of the past to the steady upturn and development with far-sighted acumen and profound thought and brought about brilliant epochal successes simultaneously in all fields of socialist construction including politics, military, the economy and culture with outstanding leadership ability and tireless devotion.

After the ceremony was over, the participants looked round the exhibition venue.
