Talks were held between Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, and Anton Zemidov, chairman of the Coordinating Council of the United Russia Youth Guards, at the People's Palace of Culture in Pyongyang on April 15.
Present there were officials of the youth league central committee and members of the delegation of the United Russia Youth Guards.
At the talks, the activities of the SPYL and the URYG were informed and the issues of further developing exchanges and cooperation between the youth organizations in conformity with the DPRK-Russia relations which greeted a new turning phase were discussed.
After the talks an agreement on friendship and cooperation between the SPYL and URYG was signed.
The Central Committee of the SPYL hosted a reception at the Pyongyang Taedonggang Fish Restaurant to welcome the Russian delegation that evening.
