The Jangsu Koryo Medicine Pharmaceutical Factory has been successfully renovated as a model of the Koryo medicine pharmaceutical factories in the DPRK.

The factory has been furnished with modern equipment and the production processes have been put on a germ-free and dust-free basis on a high level. As a result, another material and technical foundation has been provided to contribute to the wellbeing of the people by increasing the production of efficacious Koryo medicines.

An inauguration ceremony took place on April 30.

Present there were Vice-Premier Jon Sung Guk, officials concerned and officials and employees of the factory.

At the ceremony, the speaker called on all the producers to take good care of the equipment and steadily improve the technical knowledge and skills to produce more quality Koryo medicines with hygienic safety.

At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round the factory.
