An event was held at East Pyongyang Stadium on May 23 to mark AFC Grassroots Football Day.

Present there were officials of the DPRK Football Association and sports field and teachers and students of Pyongyang International Football School and reserve training units in Pyongyang.

Minister of Physical Culture and Sports Kim Il Guk, chairman of the Football Association, made remarks.

Then the participants spent a pleasant time playing various sports and amusements games, football match, penalty shoot-out and others, divided into two teams.
