International Children's Day marked across DPRK
June 3, 2025The children of the DPRK celebrated June 1 International Children's Day with great joy.
Nurseries, kindergartens, baby homes and orphanages across the country bustled with children, teachers and parents.
Art performances, colourful folk games and sports and amusement games took place at nurseries and kindergartens in Pyongyang.
The children's gymnastics, dancing and songs added joy to everyone on the holiday.
Amid the enthusiastic cheers of the spectators, the kids played various sports and amusement games including toy picking and running with a pinwheel.
The children in other parts of the country also spent a good holiday.
Commercial service establishments, parks and pleasure grounds across the country were full of laughter of the children spending a pleasant and cheerful time with their parents.
