The participants in the celebrations of the 79th founding anniversary of the Korean Children's Union visited Mangyongdae, a sacred place of the revolution.

After visiting the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Museum, they entered the time-honoured native home of the great leader Generalissimo Kim Il Sung and heard the explanations about the historic relics preserved there to have a good understanding of his personality as a peerlessly great man.

They also went round the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt Taesong, the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum, etc.

At the Youth Movement Museum, they looked round historic relics and data telling about the exploits of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un who provided the brilliant tradition of the Juche-oriented children's movement and led the KCU members step by step for their growth.

They visited the National Exhibition of Children's Science Fiction Models and Inventions-2025 and consolidated what they learned at schools and broadened their common sense at the Central Zoo and the Natural History Museum.

They enjoyed a performance given by artistes of the National Acrobatic Troupe at the Pyongyang Circus Theatre and had a good time at cultural recreation grounds, including the Munsu Water Park and the Rungna People's Recreation Ground.
