Central-level hospitals are organizing passing-on-technique meetings for medical workers in regions.

Until now, more than one hundred doctors and nurses of city- and county-level regional hospitals have been enrolled in a passing-on-technique system to acquire medical technique, and their practical abilities and qualifications are improving.

The Pyongyang University of Medical Sciences Hospital makes sure that competent medical workers give lectures at a passing-on-technique facility equipped with modern medical equipment, apparatuses and fixtures.

The Kim Man Yu Hospital and the Ryugyong General Ophthalmic Hospital are teaching IT knowledge and operating experience to medical workers from regions so that they can utilize the intelligent information systems to be introduced at city and county hospitals.

The Pyongyang Maternity Hospital and the Okryu Children's Hospital are channelling efforts into technology transfer and experience sharing related to various clinical symptoms and advanced cures in the fields of obstetrics and gynecology and paediatrics.
