Anti-doping short course given on the occasion of Olympic Day
June 27, 2025An anti-doping short course was offered at the hostel for sportspeople on Chongchun Street, Pyongyang, to mark Olympic Day.
Present there were members of the Olympic Committee of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, officials, players and coaches in the sports sector and sports medicine and anti-doping experts.
The short course was held on the theme of “Olympic Day-2025--players participating in the Olympic Games and anti-doping activities”. It dealt with practical matters arising in further intensifying anti-doping activities in the sports sector.
Lecturers referred to the danger and harmful effects of doping, the responsibility and role of players in observing anti-doping regulations and the instances and forms of expressions of violation of the regulations currently occurring around the world.
The short course stressed important matters for intensifying the anti-doping work.
