The Nicaraguan embassy in Pyongyang hosted an event at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Club on July 18 to celebrate the 46th anniversary of the victorious Sandinist people's revolution.

Present there at invitation were Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Jong Tong Hak and officials concerned, diplomatic envoys and members of foreign embassies in Pyongyang.

Nicaraguan Ambassador Manuel Modesto Munguia Martinez was present there.

Speeches were made at the event.

Then the participants watched a video dealing with the Sandinist people's revolution.
