Scientist develops new-type nano compound antibiotic manufacturing technology
August 3, 2025The Tansim Nano Technology Development Company has recently developed a nano compound antibiotic which is of great significance in improving the people’s living standards and established its manufacturing technology.
Inorganic antibiotics with great antibiotic power and broad antibiotic spectrum are recognized as a safe material doing no harm to human health and ecological environment.
The company has developed the nano compound antibiotic with antibiotic power and harmful organic matter decomposing power by designing the most rational composition of nano materials and establishing the manufacturing technology and method of constituent materials, and set up a production process with an annual capacity of hundreds of tons.
For the great sterilizing power and harmful organic matter decomposing power, the antibiotic can be used to make different kinds of functional antibiotic products, treat various diseases and sterilize medical apparatuses.
It is also effective for the purification of air and water, the treatment of domestic sewage and industrial waste water and seed disinfection and treatment. And for the strong ultraviolet ray screening effect, it can reportedly prevent the ageing of products and remarkably increase their lifespan.
“The nano compound antibiotic we have developed is a multi-purpose and multi-use nano technical product which is made with domestic raw materials, technology and equipment 100 percent,” said Pak Hak Chol, PhD, associate professor and lead developer.
Pak is one of the authorities in the field of nanotechnology in the country.
In the past, he made different scientific and technological achievements, including manufacturing processes of such nano materials as nano photocatalyst material as well as such tools as nano sterilizer, nano air conditioner for indoor use and nano sterilizing toothbrush to receive more than 20 certificates of registration and introduction of state sci-tech achievements and national patents, while developing lots of nanotechnology products badly needed in economic sectors and people’s living.
Such products took special prizes on 25 occasions and first place on dozens of occasions at different kinds of central sci-tech festivals like the national sci-tech festivals.
Over the past two decades, he conducted energetic research and development with uninterrupted speculation and search to solve many difficult problems, design the most rational composition of nano materials, establish the manufacturing technologies and methods of constituent materials, elucidate their combination structures and develop and complete the nano compound antibiotic surpassing world-recognized antibiotics in features.
This antibiotic was registered as a state high-tech product in March this year.
