The builders in charge of the breakwater and wharf construction finished the excavation of foundations in a short span of time and devoted themselves to carrying out all the construction processes such as production and installation of box-shaped prefab parts and rubble filling while inventing and applying material-saving and manpower-saving building methods.

The soldier-builders in charge of the construction of offices and resting room, processing plants and culture grounds always put the improvement of the quality of buildings at the centre of their thinking and practice as the construction speed increases, while fixing tiles just as required by the design.
