A delegation of the State Duma of the Russian Federation led by Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin will pay a congratulatory visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea from August 14 to 15 at the invitation of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Korea's liberation.
