Flower baskets were sent to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang by the General Association of Koreans in China, the Federation of Korean Economic Workers in China and the Association of Young Korean Nationals in China on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Korea's liberation.

The flower baskets were laid before the statues of the great leaders on August 12.

On the same day, flower baskets in the name of the expedition of the General Association of Koreans in China for a study tour of the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt Paektu and the second visiting group of children of Koreans belonging to the General Association of Koreans in China were laid before the statues of the great leaders.
