Production of custom-built equipment and updating at Ryongsong Machine Complex
August 27, 2025The Ryongsong Machine Complex of the DPRK is pushing ahead with the immediate production of custom-built equipment and the project of updating.
In order to produce various kinds of equipment to be sent to different sectors of the national economy in a qualitative way and in the shortest possible time, the complex is carrying out its daily production plan by strengthening the connection between processes while making effective use of the existing equipment and production potential.
The project for updating the complex is progressing apace to turn it into a standard and model of modernization in the machine-building industry sector.
The complex is focusing forces and means on the construction of the objects to be finished this year and intensifying the policy-oriented and technical guidance to ensure the quality of buildings. It is also erecting several production and auxiliary buildings.
Technicians of the complex and relevant units are solving relevant sci-tech problems with emphasis put on distributing the production processes rationally and putting them on an automatic and intelligent basis at a high level.
Builders of the Tanchon Mining Industry Construction Complex, the Equipment Assembly Complex, the Kumyagang Hydroelectric Power Station Construction Company and the Hamhung Industrial Construction Company are expanding successes in construction projects by meeting the requirements of designs and construction while giving priority to manufacturing steel structures.
