Iran’s Islamic revolution leader calls for national unity
August 31, 2025Seyed Ali Khamenei, leader of Iran’s Islamic revolution, called for the unity of all citizens at a memorial service on August 24.
The enemies realized that war can never bring Iran to its knees and are hatching a plot to weaken the country by causing internal division, he said.
The invincible shield provided by the unity of the state, army and people should never be destroyed, he said, adding Iran has resolutely fought against the insulting US demand for obedience and will strongly counter it in the future, too.
He called upon all the people to defend unity and support the present government.
