Delegation of DPRK Ministry of Public Security leaves for Russia
September 3, 2025A delegation of the DPRK Ministry of Public Security led by Minister Pang Tu Sop left Pyongyang to visit Russia on September 1.
It was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by Kim Song Nam, vice-minister of Public Security, and Vladimir Topeha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
