Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un receives greetings from Venezuelan president

Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, received a message of greeting from Nicolas Maduro Moros, president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, on September 9.

The Venezuelan president in the message extended the most sincere congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and its people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the founding of the DPRK, the historic landmark recorded as the victory of Juche and the start of the era of sovereignty and independence of the Korean nation.

At the time when the hegemony-seeking countries try to revive the logic of the Cold War, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea have demonstrated their might by actively cooperating in the struggle to defend the sovereignty, right to self-determination and unity and safeguard a new order of a multi-centred and multipolar world which will appear inevitably, the message said.

The message expressed once again the political will of the Bolivarian government to bolster up the common viewpoint on the issues for establishing peace and international equality as well as the fraternal and cooperative relations with the DPRK and strengthening the multilateral system on the occasion of such an important day for the respected DPRK people.

The message once again wished, through Kim Jong Un, the DPRK people prosperity and well-being.

We will win victory through unity, the message said.
