Ryanggang Province in the northern part of the DPRK is being steadily transformed through the successful implementation of the policy on regional development and the programme for the rural revolution in the new era set forth by the Central Committee of the great Workers' Party of Korea.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who always pays close attention to the work to turn Ryanggang Province, where the birthplace of Chairman Kim Jong Il is located, into an earthly paradise where the people enjoy all blessings, showed the great loving care of sending equipment for the rural construction in the cities and counties of the province.

He ensured that hurrah for socialism sounded from the first village at the foot of Mt Paektu and dispatched battalions of Party members from the capital city and regions to the province so as to push ahead with the rural construction in the province. And now he sent excavators again to the cities and counties of the province to more dynamically promote the regional construction there.
