The DPRK is undergoing a sea change.

The capital city of Pyongyang takes on new appearance as 10 000 modern flats rise up every year and socialist fairyland villages and cultural facilities as good as those in the capital arise in all other parts of the country as a new era of regional rejuvenation and rural development is ushered in.

Bases for cultural and leisure activities spring up in every scenic attraction of the country, such as the Wonsan Kalma Coastal Tourist Area, Yangdok Hot Spring Resort, Masikryong Ski Resort and Munsu Water Park.

These are all for the people, so they say a marvellous world of happiness is being created.
