Letter relay delegation of Chongryon arrives in Pyongyang
October 4, 2025A letter of loyalty relay delegation of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) in celebration of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea led by Ri Kwang Il, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, arrived in Pyongyang on October 2.
Officials concerned warmly greeted them with warm compatriotic feelings at Pyongyang International Airport.
