The artistic information team of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League gave a performance "Songs of Young Vanguard Dedicated to the Great Party" at the Central Youth Hall in Pyongyang on October 3 in celebration of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Among the audience were Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, officials of the youth league and youth and students in Pyongyang.

The performance began with poems and songs "Fly High, Our Party Flag" and "Mother's Birthday". The performers represented the gratitude of the young vanguard to the motherly Party which has recorded the noble history of the Juche-oriented youth movement since the very day of the Party founding.

In female solo "Care of My Destiny" and male solo and pangchang "We Cannot Live without You" the performers sang of the sincere mind of the young vanguard who cannot live even a moment without the care of the motherly Party.

Male quartet "Flame", flag dance and guitar ensemble "We Are Successors to Revolution" and other numbers expressed the boundless glory, happiness and endless pride of the new generations leading a worthwhile life of patriotic youth under the care of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The performance ended with choral recitation of a poem and chorus "We Will Travel One Road Forever", "Young People, Be Loyal to Our Party" and song and dance "Dear Father".
