China urges Israel to stop military actions
October 8, 2025The Chinese permanent representative to the United Nations demanded Israel stop military actions in the Gaza Strip at an open session of the UN Security Council on the Palestine-Israel issue on September 29.
He said Israel is now pushing ahead with a scheme to completely occupy Gaza City, claiming the lives of many innocent civilians every day.
China strongly demands Israel stop all sorts of military actions in the Gaza Strip at once and provide Palestinians with humanitarian aids, he stressed.
He noted that to cope with the current urgent situation, the international community should firmly unite, maintain an objective and fair stand and make greater efforts for solving the Palestinian issue.
