He was accompanied by Kim Jong Gyu, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, members of the delegation of the United Russia Party and members of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
A flower basket in the name of Dmitri Medvedev was laid before the statues of the great leaders.
