Flower baskets were sent to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang by Nicolas Ekang Nguema, director general of the Music Band of the Ministry of National Defence, Mariano Ndong Bengano, regional representative of the Ministry of Information, Media and Culture, and Agapito Edu Ndong Ayecata, ex-vice minister of Oil and Mineral Development, of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The flower baskets were laid before the statues of the great leaders on October 9.

On the same day, a flower basket in the name of Ri Rim, chairperson of the Association of Korean Nationals in Liaoyang City, China, was laid before the statues of the great leaders.
