A delegation of the Socialist Political Party "For Just Russia-Patriots-Truth" led by Chairman Sergei Mironov, chief of the party group of the State Duma, arrived in Pyongyang on October 9 to take part in the celebrations of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

It was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by An Hyon Min, deputy department director of the Central Committee of the WPK.
