In recent years, the sci-tech learning space has built a new database with latest scientific and technological data in contact with the State Commission of Science and Technology and the Sci-Tech Complex.
The chief of the learning space said that its operation is inspiring many employees to engage in technical innovation and invention.
In the learning space, employees are acquiring knowledge which is actually helpful in their occupations.
Many of them are enrolled in the study-while-you-work system.
The factory develops and applies rational ways to encourage employees to take active part in technical innovation with a vital interest.
It boldly entrusts them with tasks of technical innovation according to their abilities and skills, irrespective of term of work or age, and gives them active support so that they would become pillars of the factory.
The climate of constantly aspiring after new things is prevailing among researchers, technicians and skilled workers.
“I can do it, too.” This is the common viewpoint and attitude of all employees to technical innovation.
This year, they have presented hundreds of technical innovation plans, inventions and novel ideas and many of them have been introduced into production for their high economic effectiveness and profitability.
Shortly ago, the plastic-insulated electric cable and wire produced by the factory were recognized as the best domestic products to be awarded the December 15 Medal of Quality and its certificates and the factory was selected as one of the top ten businesses of the country for 2024.
