The producer masses of our steel workshop, the eldest-son workshop of the complex, know very well the importance of the metal industry in the development of the national economy.

The workshop is creating new records without knowing satisfaction while fulfilling its monthly and quarterly production plans.

Good production results are determined by the talents devising technical innovation plans that can support the results.

The workshop has put in effort to train young technicians in a far-sighted manner, while relying on its own scientific and technical force and enhancing their role.

It works to train many of its employees as talents capable of shouldering its future through the operation of the sci-tech learning space and by enrolling them on the tele-education network of different universities.

In August the workshop invented and introduced various rational technical innovation plans, including those for shortening the tap-to-tap time and reducing the cost of steel production, thus providing a guarantee for increasing productivity 1.2 times and finished the overhaul of equipment in a few days unlike in the past when it took them over 20 days to do.

The reality clearly shows how important it is to train talents in a methodological way.

We will continue to reinforce our sci-tech force, bearing in mind that if we fail to do so, we will be unable to get good results in production and develop our workshop.
