Rice harvest finishes in the main
October 24, 2025The harvest and threshing are progressing apace in the DPRK amid the mounting spirit of officials and working people in the agricultural field and helpers.
Rice harvest was completed in more than 100 cities and counties and over 1 700 farms across the country. Until October 22, the harvesting results exceeded 90 percent.
The officials of the Agricultural Commission and the agricultural guidance organs at all levels planned and commanded the rice harvest with great vigour to finish it in the shortest time possible despite unfavourable weather conditions, being conscious that the success of this year's grain production depends on the conclusion of farming.
