The Kangso Sprayer Factory was chosen as one of the top ten enterprises of the country for 2024.

It overfulfilled its national economic plan last year by attaching importance to the development of new technologies and the management of talents and proactively making the most of economic levers in conformity with its actual conditions. It is now recognized as a competent unit capable of fully meeting the demand for sprayers for farming, and a centre for the research, development, production and dissemination of up-to-date spraying means.

What is noticeable in its mode of business management is that it puts planning, the organization of production and financial activities on a scientific basis to ensure extended reproduction without great investment and makes sustained efforts to develop new products.

Having found a way to lower costs and increase profitability in recycling, its officials established complete sets of technical processes necessary for producing high-performance sprayers with idle materials.

It conducted a dynamic campaign to secure idle materials through procurement, obtained sets of necessary equipment and arranged them in a reasonable way, thus increasing productivity per unit area.

It has effectively pushed ahead with the improvement of the quality of products and the increasing of the varieties of products from a future-oriented point of view and established a system of recording names of producers and processing time according to products and processes and making them fully responsible for the quality of the products, thus making all employees purposefully and consciously take part in production activities in a responsible manner.

The officials conducted performance tests of sprayers at farms to synthesize opinions of users before fixing the research orientation and intensified the work to update production processes and develop and use efficient jigs, thus improving the quality indexes of products, and increased the number of talents by intensifying technical study for workers and technicians.

Amid a brisk mass technical innovation movement and socialist emulation drive for increased production, a large number of technical innovation plans and inventions have been introduced, making progress in upgrading equipment and consolidating production foundations.

This year alone, it sent hundreds of thousands of sprayers and tens of thousands of water vaporizers to farms bustling with the struggle for increased grain production.
