Sergey Narishkin, director of the Russian external intelligence agency, denounced the war moves of the West in a consultative meeting of chiefs of security and intelligence services of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States on October 21.

Noting that the member nations of NATO in Europe are preparing for a war with Russia, he said that a task has been assigned to provide in the shortest possible time all the financial resources needed for the rapid reaction forces of NATO with the relevant mission.

He also disclosed that the US and British intelligence agencies do not actually conceal their intention to make the situation in major areas unstable and create there the zones where they can exercise their influence and they are using terrorist organizations to that end.
