The 18th national symposium on the experience of health workers took place at the Myohyangsan Medical Appliances Factory on November 6 and 7.

Present at the symposium were Jong Mu Rim, minister of Public Health, officials concerned and exemplary health workers. It heard about the successes and experience gained by health workers who are displaying a high sense of responsibility in their medical services and medical science researches.

Speakers said that they resuscitated with boundless love and sincerity the patients suffering from incurable diseases and took warm care of the health of war veterans, honoured disabled soldiers and children, the future of the country.

The symposium heard about valuable treatment experiences including those in establishing advanced operation methods of Korean style in the spinal surgery sector and improving Koryo medical diagnosis and treatment.

At the end of the symposium the participants looked round the Myohyangsan Medical Appliances Factory.
