The deputy prime minister of Italy asserted on November 14 that the additional support for Ukraine would not help end the war with Russia but would only foster corruption and irregularities.

Referring to the recent corruption scandal that shook the Ukrainian government, he said that he does not want the funds for the working people and pensioners of his country to be used in encouraging additional corruption.

He stressed that the sending of more weapons to Ukraine is not the solution to problem.
