Europe is devoid of aspirations for peace and European countries are standing on the side of war, he said, stating that although Russia has had no mind to fight with Europe, it is ready to react to it in no time in case they start a war without notice.

If Europe launches a war, the speed of the war will be very fast and no one will remain to have talks with Russia before long, he stressed.
