Memorial meetings, seminars, round-table talks, lectures, photo exhibitions and film shows took place in Myanmar, Indonesia, Bulgaria, Belarus, the Czech Republic and Tanzania on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the demise of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Present at the events were personages of political and social circles of those countries and members of the organizations for the study of the Juche idea and for friendship and solidarity with the DPRK people.

Screened at the film shows were documentary films dealing with the greatness of Kim Jong Il being revered by all people as a world elder statesman and videos showing the proud reality of the DPRK making the comprehensive development of socialism under the leadership of the great Workers' Party of Korea.

Speeches were made at the events.
