Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian appealed for rejecting unilateralism for genuine peace as he addressed an international meeting on December 12.

Deploring that at present, peace is not a universal right, but has become a privilege existing in only specified regions in the world, he stressed the need to fight against such sources of instability as inequality, monopoly and discrimination.

He asserted that as long as there exist the unjust practices of the US and other Western countries, which give Israel security privileges, there can be no genuine peace and fair international order.
