A spokesman for the Chinese foreign ministry answered a question of a journalist as regards the interrogation data on Unit 731 of the imperial Japanese army handed over to China by Russia at a news conference on December 15.

The data offered by Russia proves once again the unethical crimes committed by Unit 731 of the imperial Japanese army during its invasion of China, he said, adding that the crimes of the imperial Japanese army will remain a disgrace of history forever.

Despite the obvious fact, the right-wing forces of Japan are still stubbornly denying the acts of aggression and unethical crimes and even diluting and beautifying them, he noted.

Forgetting history means betrayal and denying crimes means going to commit crimes again, he said, calling upon all countries to strongly demand Japan thoroughly eradicate the poisonous aftereffects of militarism and to jointly defend the gains of the Second World War and the post-war international order.
