Youth and students had an evening gala at Kim Il Sung Square in Pyongyang at night on December 31 on the occasion of the New Year 2026.

When the song "Cheers of the People" resounded in the night sky of the square, a delightful and optimistic dance party began.

Through the dance party, the participants paid the highest glory to the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un who is ushering in a new stirring era of overall development in which the people's dreams and ideals come true with his extraordinary political ability and outstanding and seasoned leadership.

The participants danced to the tune of songs "Song of Youth" and "Let's Love Our Country". Their faces were full of determination to always march straight forward and add lustre to the precious name of the patriotic youth on the road of following the guidance of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The evening gala clearly demonstrated the revolutionary spirit of the young vanguard across the country to glorify the precious name of youth in the new year's journey which will adorn a glorious page of history on the road of development of the DPRK, beautifully decorating the night of New Year’s Eve.
