Vietnamese prime minister refers to economic development
January 14, 2026The Vietnamese prime minister mentioned the country’s economic development at a government meeting on January 8.
He said that the country’s GDP increased by 8.02 percent last year, terming it a demonstration of the resilience of the national economy.
The government should focus on establishing a new economic development system based on science and technology, innovation, switch to digital economy, etc. in order to achieve economic growth from the beginning of 2026, he stressed.
