Science and technology are being diffused widely in the DPRK with the Sci-Tech Complex as the hub.

Modern regional-industry factories, which have been built in the regions in recent years through the dynamic enforcement of the Regional Development 20x10 Policy, have actively joined the sci-tech dissemination system of the Sci-Tech Complex to improve the technical levels and skills of their employees and boost production.

Employees of those factories have regular access to data of the complex at the sci-tech learning spaces of their factories and share experience with other units.

In this new era of the public health revolution, medical workers of city and county hospitals raise their qualifications as they acquire latest medical technical data stored at the complex.

The complex also intensifies the diffusion of science and technology through the provincial sci-tech libraries and Mirae e-libraries in cities and counties, regional bases for sci-tech dissemination.

Bearing in mind that science and technology give the strength to do farming safely under any abnormal weather conditions, agricultural workers also actively join the data dissemination system of the Sci-Tech Complex.
