Greenland states US’ annexation ambition is intolerable
January 19, 2026The authorities of Greenland issued a statement on January 12 to reject the US' attempt to annex Greenland.
As regards the fact that the US recently revealed once again its ambition to seize Greenland for a "security reason", the statement said that Greenland is part of Denmark.
The US’ wild ambition is intolerable under any circumstances, it stressed.
